Admission Terms & Conditions

1. A student must have the required aptitude and ability for memorizing the Quran and primary studies. Whereas, For higher classess, the admission requirement is a matriculation certificate.

2. It is mandatory to adhere to Islamic etiqutte and morals. Students must refrain from engaging in activities that promote sectarianism, disunity or disorder.

3. Students cannot be affiliated with any modernist movements, extremist ideologies, political parties, or banned organizations.

4. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited. Thus, only mobile phones without camera and memory card will be allowed, which would have to be submitted at the institute's gate and could only be allowed to use on holiday.

5. Students must strictly follow academy regulations regarding communication and media usage. Students must abide by the policies and guidelines issued by the academy. No student shall be allowed to participate in any external organizational activities.

6. The fee of Huffaz Education System will be 3500 in the first three years and 4500 in the last two years while the admission fee has been fixed at 3000 rupees.

7. The uniform is a white dress provided by the institution.

8. A minimum attendance of 85% is mandatory for all students.

9. Degrees will be awarded according to set rules and regulations. In case of five consecutive absences, admission of candidate will be cancelled.

10. Students must adhere to " the Creed of Ahl-us-Sunnah wal-jama'ah " as outlined in the book " Al-Muhannad Ala Al-Mufannad ".

11. All Islamic rulings and daily religious practices, especially the observance of congregational prayers, must be strictly followed.

12. Non-Wifaqul Madaris students are not granted admission to AAS Academy.

Agreement

I * S/D/O * wholeheartedly pledge that during my studies, I will fully adhere to the institution's rules and regulations regarding mobile phone usage (as mentioned in Clause No. 4). If, at any time during my studies, I am found in possession of camera phone or any other mobile phone during academic days, I will accept immediate explusion from the institution.

Power of Attorney

I grant permission that all obligatory and voluntary chartible funds or items received at AAS may be used by Ameer AAS or their designated representative in any of the eligible categories of expenditure as deemed approriate.
